Because of prices that others have posted to this forum I was able to negotiate a fair price for my recent purchase, so I thought I would share what I've learned.I just bought a TC25D with SuperSteer FWD, R4 tires, and a 7308 loader with the heavy duty 60" bucket for $17,200. The asking price was $18,650: $13,650 for the TC25D with R4 tires + $1,550 for SuperSteer FWD + $3,450 for the 7308 loader with HD 60" bucket.If you believe my salesman, $17,200 puts about 7% in the dealer's pocket. The dealer was Alachua Tractor & Equipment Company in Alachua, Florida -- near Gainesville in north-central Florida.Beware the "admin" fee (i.e., B.S. fee) for "paperwork." After shaking hands on the deal, my salesman told me about the dealer's "admin" fee of $150. I said NO, but gave in to a $50 "admin" fee when tears started to well up in his eyes. Okay, so I'm a sucker... but he did give me a fair deal on the tractor.I hope this helps. Have fun haggling!

I'M IN S.E MICH AND WAS JUST QUOTED 11,900 FOR A TC25D AND 2890 FOR THE 7308 LOADER WITH THE 60" BUCKET. THE TOTAL WAS 14790.00 + 877 FOR TAX OUT THEH DOORT FOR 15677.40. THESE PRICES ARE FORD "A" PLAN THESE ARE DEALER COST, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO NEGOTIATE WITHIN $1000 OF THIS. ....

Paul,I'm in Minnesota and looking to purchase a TC25D and can't find a dealer that can come close to the price you listed. Could you provide the name and number of the dealer you're working with? ....

Forgot to mention... $17,200 includes an aluminum canopy (on top of the TC25D with SuperSteer FWD, R4 tires, and 7308 loader with the heavy duty 60" bucket). ....
